Newly developed CI type flexographic printing machine

Focusing on flexographic printing machines from the trend of the printing industry. The goal of this development point is set to "improve occupancy rate in short run", "improve print quality", "reduce printing loss" and "improve high-speed stability".

Specifically, automatic cleaning · CI drum temperature control · CI and plate drive control · register adjustment · print control · recipe function · countermeasure against changes in printing pressure depending on the inside temperature · stabilization of doctor blade pressure · color separation / There is a plate surface paper dust removing device.

We are naming the CI type flexographic printing press under development as [water green], keeping the above points in mind, we intend to manufacture standard flexo printing presses of 8 · 10 colors in the future. As a preparatory stage, we are currently designing a 4-color flexographic printing machine. We would like you to take advantage of companies that are considering flexo printing presses.

Completion of the 4-color flexographic printing machine is scheduled for 2016.
