Case 1-  6 Slitter/Fold Rewinder

Customer:  A leading Pharmaceutical company  Conventionally, machinery which makes small volumes of medicine packet material was making one lane of product before shaping the packets.  To increase the efficiency the client asked if it was possible to slit one wide roll of material into six lanes at one time.  After several meetings with the client we developed machine drawings and were able to manufacture the 6 Slitter/Fold Rewinder to meet their exact specifications.

Case 2

Customer: Flexible Packaging Manufacturer

Customer requested exchanging confidential contracts for new machinery.  After multiple undisclosed meetings we were able to assist the client and manufactured the machinery to their unique specifications.

Customer:  Overseas Manufacturer

A company overseas was constantly frusterated with registration issues on press.  We were able to modify their machine with fine adjustments.  The overseas client was satisfied with the results.

Customer: EB/UV irradiation device 

We arrange and manufacture machines in response to requests from UB/UV irradiation device makers.

Customer: Die-cutting roll maker 

We arrange material rolls for requests from die-cutting roll makers.

Customer: Flexible Packaging Manufacturer 

We were asked if we could increase speed on their existing machinery to better production efficiency.  After researching we were able to make recomendations for the client.  (Replacement of dryer, modification of the train...etc.)
