Product Features

-Since it is small and can be installed near the doctor chamber, it is possible to print with a small amount of ink.
In the case of a 1,100 mm wide printing machine, if there is 6 l of ink, it is possible to print with 2.4 l stored
in the ink container. * The amount varies depending on the printing machine.

-Equipped with an ink container with a capacity of 6 l.
The ink container is lightweight at about 4 kg and can be removed from the main body and handled
independently.

-Can be disassembled and cleaned without tools, is lightweight and easy to handle, and easy to prepare.

-Since the device is not installed on the doctor chamber on its back, the weight of the device does not affect the pressure of the doctor blade at all.
Up to 3 small ink circulation devices can be mounted on an independent movable mounting stand.

-Manual operation of 3 operation modes.
(1) Ink circulation mode: Ink is supplied to the doctor chamber.
　　Ink returns by free fall in the tilted return hose.
(2) Ink recovery mode: Residual ink is sucked and recovered from the doctor chamber.
(3) Water washing mode: Washing Operate the water supply nozzle to flush the ink circulation device, hose,
　　Anilox, and doctor chamber with water.
